Our carefully designed menu is focused around basic seasonal flavours generated from honest and simple ingredients with a twist of fun. With meticulous attention to customer service, we have personalized the 63° experience into hopefully a memorable regular occurrence for our loyal community.

single origin coffee geelong's best coffeeLet’s face it, there’s nothing better than a fresh cup of tasty coffee. At 63°, we have refocused our business to reinstate our core product ‘coffee’. In partnership with our award winning Geelong roasters ‘RoastCraft’, we have developed a vibrant new house blend, designed and roasted specifically for the 63° coffee drinker. It’s vibrant, robust and jumps out of the cup – but best of all, its fresh!

We also understand that the industry along with the coffee drinker has become a much more sophisticated and discerning creature of habit. Coffee drinkers are more adventurous and educated than ever, so we excited to provide exotic ‘single origin’ beans from farms in countries like Brazil, Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea to be enjoyed as our feature roast of the week. These beans have been sourced direct from farmers, roasted here in Geelong, fresh for your cup. It’s a revolution and our baristas are primed and ready to grind.

Our exciting team of chefs scan the seasons for the freshest produce and apply their god-given talents to create a breakfast and lunch menu to remember. In support of our community we use local suppliers where possible, while using our imagination to create complimentary flavours and food combinations. Our produce is delivered fresh daily and our flavours are clean and simple, but we always remember to have fun. We a proud to boast that we bake all our cakes, slices and other sweets in house, doing away with any preservatives or artificial colourings. The phenomenon that is known as the ‘Brekky Bomb’ has taken Pakington Street by storm is a great example of our team of chefs expressing their desire to engage the community and have a bit of fun with their food. It weighs 2.5 kilos and you get 63 minutes to finish it, the Brekky Bomb will put pay to the largest of appetites, and if successful will place you 63° Royalty in the ‘Wall of Fame’. 63 degrees food geelong cafe geelong catering63° catering offers a service that focuses on attention to detail, from using the freshest ingredients, producing the highest quality food to delivering it with a friendly service by our passionate staff. Catering for all dietary requirements, we have placed special attention to both vegetarian and celiac diets, and whilst we require 24 hours notice for an order to be processed, we realise that last minute changes are sometimes inevitable and are more than happy to accommodate within reason. It is also our pleasure to offer a speedy delivery service in the greater Geelong area, hot or cold, not a problem!

Our corporate lunch platters consisting of single serving hot and cold tastings, are very popular for business meetings and staff events/training, and can be delivered to your place of business. We also cater for parties and major events ranging from birthdays to Christmas break-ups. We like to go the extra yard for you at 63 Degrees and can tailor the menu to meet the unique customer requirements.

Having a party, work break up or corporate event? 63° has evolved as one of Geelong’s best locations to have a function. 63° Pako offers a fully licensed enclosed and heated court yard, seating over 100 for dinner and many more for cocktail parties. Offering a range function packages tailored to your own budget, we provide both cold and hot dinner and finger food, full wine and cocktail lists, and can arrange entertainment for your special night. Our professional staff and friendly open surrounds ensure that your special occasion is a memorable one.

Drinks are at bar prices and we have a full stereo system and ideal dance floor available so you can party the night away. We are happy to deliver off site and can offer professional staff to take care of your special day.
